When you contact us with your initial ideas, we discuss them together and arrange a meeting. You are welcome to visit the workshop at any time but we would normally meet at your home first if the furniture is to be fitted or if it is to harmonise with the existing style of a room. At this meeting we can measure the space and draw inspiration from the surroundings if appropriate for the design.

When we are approached and asked to produce furniture for a client, it is a very exciting moment in a days work. It is also the beginning of a great responsibility. There are few times in our lives when we are able to have something created that is completely personal and unique, hand-made carefully and exactly to our aesthetic, ergonomic and practical requirements.
The workshop designers and furniture makers guide our clients and advise them through care and experience towards a design which will fulfil their needs. We are always available to talk to and are there to help you avoid any pitfalls or design faults that would result in a piece that simply does not fit your design brief.
The workshop is able to adapt to each project. So if you are having more than one piece made, or in some cases the whole house refurbished, each style, material and finish can be assessed, discussed and delivered through the same workshop. This is more cost effective and ensures the same high standard throughout the property.
As mentioned before, our fitters are all known to us and trusted to be tidy, efficient and polite. We have all of our furniture upholstered by Taylors Upholstery of Perrotts brook, Cirencester who consistently deliver a complete and accurate service.
